Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the president of Nigeria was not elected president of Nigeria in the 2023 presidential election, according to evidence that INEC has on hand, Mike Ozekhome, counsel to the Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate, has criticized INEC for making the announcement so hastily.
In an interview, he criticized INEC.
And so, after such proceedings, Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) and member of Peter Obi’s legal team Mike Ozekhome stated that one of the witnesses in court was against Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s inauguration as the 16th president because he did not win 25% of the votes in FCT as stipulated by law.
Mike Ozekhome continued by stating;
In general, the thrust of our case today was that INEC was hasty and incorrect in declaring Tinubu the winner of the elections because every piece of evidence shows that he did not win, according to four witnesses who gave testimony today.
